If you find a contractor that will perform comparable quality workmanship using the
same quality, style and design Windowland Vinyl Replacement Windows and
Windowland Vinyl Siding System, and offering the same written guarantees for the
work specified in your Windowland, LLC contract for a lesser amount than your
purchase price within one full year from your contract day, Windowland, LLC will
refund the difference plus 10% of your Contract Price upon receipt of written
specifications of such Contract ( see reverse side for terms and conditions).

35% Fuel Savings Guarantee
This guarantees a saving of at least 35% of fuel consumption for heating this
residence at the address shown hereon during the 12 month period beginning with
the date of this guarantee. In the event fuel savings are less than 35% of the
previous 12 months fuel consumption, the homeowner shall send written notice to
the Windowland Warranty Service Center at the address listed below, who will
provide the homeowner with the necessary forms to file for benefits under this
guarantee. If fuel savings are less than 35% of the previous 12 months' fuel
consumption, the homeowner will be reimbursed the difference between actual
savings and 35% of fuel cost for the previous 12 months.

Anniversary Inspection Program
It is Windowland intent to make sure every client is completely satisfied. Not only at
the time of their installation but also after it has been completed and years to come.
As you know, Windowland has a 3 year 100% workmanship guarantee. So in order
to live up to our guarantee and give you, the client, what you paid for and deserve;
we have implemented the WINDOWLAND ANNIVERSARY INSPECTION
PROGRAM. We will at no charge to you, the client, for the next (3) three years,
come out once a year to inspect the project we've installed for you.
Client obligation is to call Windowland and set an Anniversary Inspection
appointment, and Windowland will make the inspection within 10 working days.
It is our hope at Windowland that this Anniversary Inspection Program will help
you receive the service that you deserve and have come to expect from us at
Windowland.
